How we found you

We did not collect your data from you directly. It comes from:

• Public professional sources: information you or your employer published online (professional networking profiles, company websites, publications, conference pages).

• Professional data providers:

  • Coresignal (Binary House LLC, United States), which aggregates publicly available professional data.

  • FullEnrich, which we use to find professional contact details.

We only look for professional information. We do not seek personal phone numbers, home addresses or any sensitive data. If we receive such data by mistake, we delete it.

What data we process

• Identity: first name, last name

• Professional profile: current and past positions, employers, education, skills, certifications, languages, location (city or region)

• Professional contact details: work email, professional profile URL

• Our exchanges with you, if you reply: messages, interview notes, salary expectations and availability you share with us

Why we use it, and on what basis

How we use technology

We use software and AI tools to search for and assess profiles against the requirements of a position. A recruiter at Talma always reviews the results. No decision about you is made solely by automated means.

Who can see your data

• The Talma team, on a need-to-know basis.

• Our clients (the hiring companies), only after you have agreed to be presented for a specific position.

• Our service providers, bound by confidentiality and data processing agreements: email and office software, professional networking platforms, candidate management tools, AI model providers and hosting providers.

We never sell your data.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some of our providers are located outside the EU, including in the United States. These transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard recognised by the GDPR. You can request a copy of these safeguards from privacy@talma.ai.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for 2 years from our last interaction with you (identification of your profile, our last message, or your last reply, whichever is most recent). After that, it is deleted.

If you object or ask for deletion, we delete your profile immediately and keep only a minimal identifier (such as your email address) in a suppression list, so we never contact you again.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

• Access your data and get a copy of it

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data

• Delete your data

• Restrict how we use it

• Receive the data you provided to us in a portable format, where applicable

Your right to object

You can object to our use of your data at any time, without giving any reason. We will stop processing it and delete it. The fastest way is the one-click link in any of our messages, or here: privacy@talma.ai

How to exercise your rights

Email privacy@talma.ai . We answer within one month. We may ask for proof of identity if we have a reasonable doubt.

If you believe we have not respected your rights, you can file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL: 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or online at www.cnil.fr.

Changes to this page

We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
